Returns, Exchanges & Care Assurance
At Maharani Martini, every piece is crafted to delight. Each order undergoes a meticulous Quality Control (Q&C) inspection before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. While we rarely encounter issues, we’ve outlined our policy for complete transparency.
Returns & Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives damaged in transit or if an incorrect item is delivered. While rare, we acknowledge that occasional errors may occur.
Please note:
Natural handcrafted stones are inherently unique—variations in size, shape, and color are natural characteristics. No exchanges will be offered for these differences.
Once delivered, any damage or breakage is not the responsibility of Maharani Martini. However, if the piece is repairable, you may send it to us (courier charges borne by the customer) and we will assist, subject to feasibility confirmation.
Return Request Guidelines
To initiate a request, please email us at hello@maharanimartini.com within 24 hours of delivery, including:
- Order ID
- Unedited unboxing video (from sealed package opening to visible defect)
Failure to provide a complete, unedited video may result in the request being declined.
Return & Exchange Process
Once your request is received, our Q&C team will review and confirm eligibility.
If approved:
- The product must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- It must be shipped back within 48 hours of approval
- Our team will guide you through secure packaging and dispatch
After inspection, we will:
- Replace the item with a new one, or
- Offer an alternate product if the original is out of stock
Please note: We do not offer refunds or store credit.
Order Cancellation
All orders are final. We follow a strict no-cancellation policy once an order is placed.
Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange
The following scenarios do not qualify for return or exchange:
- Packages lost in transit when returned by the customer
- Orders refused at delivery
- Items returned in used or damaged condition
- Size-related issues (please refer to size guides before purchase)
- Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts (reshipping charges apply)
- Products that are not defective or damaged
- Minor variations in color, finish, or design
